NCPA 3rd Annual Winter Meeting was held on Tuesday January 14, 2003 at the Sheraton Harborside Hotel in Portsmouth, NH.  A great turnout of over 100 individuals.

The featured speakers were Dr. Gerald Thorndell, Ph. D - Director of health and safety for CSI Group Jim McGann - Product specialist for Grace Construction speaking on self-consolidating concrete. Alex Morales - NPCA Technical Service engineer speaking on Storm Water run-off in the precast/cement environment.
